The features of the library are only available on the online version of this site, which is slightly different in layout and design. However, you may still access the bibliography by clicking on the 'Bibliography' button on the toolbar to the left.
The Library in the online version offers you two different facilities, which you choose by clicking on the buttons on the menu bar. You may already have used these facilities somewhere else in the site.
The first is a search engine for finding words and phrases used in the text of this project. This will help you find the pages where you read something quickly, without shuffling through them again, to tell you whether there is some discussion of a topic in parts of the project you haven't yet visited.
The second is a bibliographic database, which you can search for references for further study in a real library.
You can also write notes on references that you have read by using an annotations form which can be accessed from either the library or from within the bibliographic database after you have searched for and displayed references.
