Some of the figures are impossible; they would seem to depend on the
Muhtar's estimate, and are in remarkably round figures. They are therefore thoroughly
unreliable. Figures for Kepez are specially unreliable.
{com: 29, 30 , 31,32 I copied these figures carefully. I was not sure what use I could make of them; and it did not occur to me that even if they
represented muhtars guesses reported to officials they were still
extremely interesting . They are not in detail reliable; but they do give much fascinating info. ; they also cast doubt on govt. global stats. Some numbers,
e.g., on 29 are just silly.e.g. Vengicek is inconsistent with the last column ,on 32}
