i(0105 Mustafa Belik){'s W?} i(5112 Elmas Belik) preparing bulgur for the winter. Boiling whole grain of buday in enormous cauldron on open fire, which is set
in a pit at the bottom end of the 'harman'. All the village women use it for this purpose. After boiling, the softened grains are spread out on kilims to dry
in the sun and air, later to be crushed in the stone 'deirmen' which stands on the 'harman'. Then stored for use throughout winter.
