Zeynep { craft teacher's W } (Ankaral - 2nd. class { may mean she left school end of 2nd year}) and Nebiye {Gendarme W} seem to approve in general of
Westernisation. Means naziklik {gentility} in their estimation, e.g. western clothes, stockings, shoes, hair styles, eating habits, furnishings, etc., are all
more nazik {polite, genteel} in their eyes than traditional Turkish styles. Appear to envy those who can buy Western things and be more Western.
