i(Hsniye) - prepare green beans same way as you {normally do?}, then cook them in oil, adding onion, spices, add ground meat if there is any, leave to cool,
add more oil - and then serve.
Prepare pickles from mixed vegetables - salt, vinegar, - eat during winter.
Evening meal - main dish prepared by women in the morning, put into a lmek {cmlek -earthware pot}, then put into the tandr towards akam and allowed to warm
through, e.g. they have a mlek containing baklava (paklava?){gl: babla - beans; not baklava, luxury pastry) ready to warm up for their meal tonight -
otherwise they will eat food left over from the morning's meal.
