In return for help with grinding her bulgur today, Aye has given a midday meal and evening meal. Food given included a dish called "yahni" at akam, and mant
at le. Also 'haside' - a sweet dish made from pekmez - given at the evening meal; and a dish with potatoes, slowly stewed in pekmez, with spices and seasoning
- at the midday meal. Bread, and a lot of bulgur pilv provided at both meals.
