Finding his house - Hasan took me, and we had to ask a lot. Eventually we found a man who knew him. Address was vague and no one cares about numbers.
Up and down a whole set of little passages; and found the house.
NB: We went in via Bedemli Sok., but on return went from Akdere Son Durak. from Ulus. A long way round, but efficient.

Moved in 1955. 1st family after 1949 to move out. She said she found it very hard at first, but now she is thoroughly at home. Neighbours are good. They have little to do with Sahel in Ankara as a rule, but keep in touch with village and villagers. Were in village last summer.

She could have a job in a bank but i(0002 Ihsan) did not want her to be exposed to male company, and travel in darkness etc.
She has known boy opposite since childhood; she went to lisˇ with him. His parents asked for her. She will be married in two or three months (? or more) and live as gelin while he does military service. The wedding esga will be bought by both sides and will be in in his home. Later they will move out. He is trying a second time for ....{?}
