He talked about a hotel ..... of 2 to 3 milyar (2m. - 3m.) He has done investigation but if he runs the hotel, he has no experience, if he gets someone else,
the risk is enormous. He says the strain of worry and pressure is great and for this reason he has no new projects at the moment. His capital is mainly in
unsold daire {gl : apartments} - when he needs cash, he can sell, and keeping them unsold is "krl" {gl : profitable}. He is not going ahead with the ordinary
circle because he wants to break out into something new.
His comments that Istanbul offers a lot more opportunities for "bym*re" is interesting.

Education. He needs trustable technology, but he is clearly worried about his relative ignorance. i(0255 Mehmet) is better off in this.
