Father took him from school at 10 and sent him to work in Bnyan Bez Fab. {gl : textile factory}. This founded in 1925 privately.
A member of parliament owned it in 1930's. He was opposed to Ataturk so imi. Ataturk ordered the Smerbank to take it over. [?Myth?]
This man was i(Rifat Calih).
Anahtarci worked till 2nd WW, and then became a tfekci {gl : gun-maker}. After this he worked as engineer in a Kayseri factory and ended up in charge of
maintenance in (the) a carpet factory in Develi. Story of his prowess. Now retired and does odd jobs.
Very proud of his skills. Very interested in the world and lively. Bnyanli. He also worked in Kirakkale in Silah Fab {gl : arms factory}. Self taught
engineer.
