Neighbour of i(1269 Osman Grbz). Argument about the arsa, land, road.
Went on for some time.
It seemed completely pointless to me, but maybe not.
I gathered i(1178 Meht.) claims his traditional, Father's arsa came right up to i(1269 Osman's) wall.
A road - officially imposed, now separates them.
The whole of the road is his.
i(1269 Osman) says - the road is useless, because it cannot be used; but formally he and i(1178 Meht.) own half of it each.
Possibly i(1178 Meht.) sees a possible move to move the two walls, so that he really would own half of it, and i(1269 Osman) would lose half the width of the
road from his half.
[Possibly the point is - now i(1269 Osman) is rebuilding his wall, he should put it in legally the right place, - i.e. half the width of the road inside his
boundary.]
