Around 8.45, i(Haci Bicicu) and i(Ayyildiz) arrived and drank tea. c. 11.40, i(Vahap) and I went to Karakul to see Komutan - we saw two.
3.00'ish i(Vahap) and I went to i(1025 Ahmet Akgnes) and stayed till around 5.00'ish - two interviews. Then we ran into a dgn belonging to i(1373 Kii -
Ibrahim), and went to see a workshop belonging to ...... son, and met his aabey from Holland.
We then went on to find i(1455 Sleyman Ozkan). A very unwilling widow of i(1405 Mustafa Koak) took us into the rather shabby unkempt oda; I started asking
questions with too little preparation, and she was suspicious and unhappy. Then another woman arrived, I got out old photos and she began to answer. In the
end an interview.
We passed by i(Osman zkan's) house to say thanks for milk, and so home.
Evening: Plans for an evening visit disrupted by arrival of i(Ali Kili) and his son and daughter, who left c. 11.00 pm.
