He has been working on his house in Kayseri: a good house, arsa tapulu, but by itself in a garden. Plastering, painting etc. This autumn they will move to
Kayseri, but also keep the Elba house going.

But he is worried about the economics. Expensive.
He is thinking of a "dkkan" in Kayseri, but does not know how this would work out. A lot of travelling back and forth will be involved.
