The milayo of the elephant, giraffe and zebra are respectively Nos. 168, 169 and 176. Khuwadzi is a bird found along the larger river: it has a "white breast, a black back, and a wide wing spread" (van Warmelo 1937 :104). Its excrement is like white chalk and is used for medicine and magic. The lightning bird is said to be red in colour.
